justgetflux.com/I installed it sometime ago on my desktop and I feel it does help. I work long hours and also have a writing project. You can disable it for 1 hr at a time if you're doing colour sensitive work in the evening. I started a new thread with this in case anyone else is interested. ETA: They also have interesting reading matter about computing and sleep.
