As I've posted, we're moving next door on acreage. We'll be living in a fifth wheel while we build. I'm really worried about my three bad boys. They like to go out and romp during the day. They're familiar with the area.
Will they know we're not living at our house? I'm also worried because the buyers have blood hounds. It sounds like a couple of them are guard dogs - possibly in kennels.

Since it is so close to your old house, they will probably go back over there since that is their routine.
Hopefully, those dogs are confined or I would worry about them snatching the cats.

If I remember correctly - two are in a kennel as guard dogs. The other one(s) is loose. Should I keep them locked in the fifth wheel for a few days before letting them out. I was thinking I'd have a food dish inside and outside as well as the litter box. We're getting a toy hauler fifth wheel. So I figured their stuff could go in the toy hauler area. There's a door that separates from the main area and I'd let them slowly work their way in there. I'm worried.

I would definitely try to keep them in as long as possible.
I am worried too especially because of the dogs.
Cats have been known to travel many miles to go back "home" after they have moved with their families. Going next door will be a breeze for them.

Maybe I'll get them some extra special food and toys. Things to entice them to stay close. I'll try and keep them in the back as long as possible before letting them outside.

I'm having lots of warning bells going off at your post.
They'll definitely go home. They'll think the fifth wheel is just a novelty.
What worries me most is the territory issue - if they go home and find dogs there and try to stand their ground. Or if the loose dogs chase them all the way back to you, maybe several times a day - do you want them stressed like that?
I'd keep them inside as long as possible and then be outside pottering around when you let them out. They'll eventually learn the new outside boundaries (and unfortunately the dogs will help with that) - but it may take a long, long time.
