I don't understand the word, kitteh. How is it different from kitten, kitty, or cat? Also, how do you pronounce it?

Pronounced with two full syllables. Think of kitty with a southern drawl at the end.

Sometimes for fun I say cah instead or car, I think it's something like that Boston accents crack me up as does my Virgina BFFs' accent (I LOVE her deep deep southern accent). It so took me by surprise the first time I talked to her on the phone many years back.
