I don't know if it's just me or an ebay glitch. If I individually relist an item or "sell similar", I sometimes want to change the duration of the listing. The drop down box shows the options and when I click on a different choice other than the original one, it reverts right back to the original. Sometimes I keep clicking on my choice a few times before it "sticks". Does anyone else have this problem? Any advice? Thanks!

That happens to me all the time and it's been mentioned before on various boards. It's an eBay glitch. I finish what I am doing on that page, then continue onto the next page and click on "edit" at the bottom of the page. When I go back to the first page it allows me to change the duration and this time it sticks.

Yes, I've had that issue many times. It's annoying.

Thanks, it happens all the time and is very annoying, to say the least. Now I know how to get around it. Thank you, highendbuys, sounds like a good solution.

Yup, it's a constant refresh glitch that happens. Usually, I will click back up into the description and wait for a few seconds and then click change what needs changing. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just pisses me off and I throw things.

Happens to me, too. Very annoying. It was working for me for a while and I thought maybe it was fixed, but then it started again. I guess they are too busy levying defects on us to make their site work properly.

Been going on for months. I just list it at the bad duration, then immediately go in & edit the listing. You have to do it right away though, as you only have a little while to edit duration.

Same here. I just keep clicking on the new duration until it stays.

I have had some success at clearing out the BIN price or Auction price and then change the duration. Then put the price back in.

I've been using the same trick as kritterkats to get the duration to stay. I thought it might be a firefox issue, but seeing how many are posting about it, I'm guessing it is happening on other browsers too.

I'm getting a similar problem with Best Offer now. On a new listing, it's defaulting to a check mark and no amount of clicking will remove the check mark until I go to the next screen and then use Edit to go back to the first screen. Grrr.
