Got the joy of sending seven of these out today....
Good morning and hello...
I just wanted to let you know that while I was checking the delivery on some of my packages, I saw that several packages shipped on the 8th (including yours) showed no tracking activity, not even an acceptance, even though they were absolutely taken to the post office on that day and others sent that same day are shown as well on their way or delivered.
So I put in an inquiry this morning, requesting tracking updates by e-mail...and a few hours later, all of a sudden these packages are back in this dimension and scanned as being shipped today.
I have no idea WTH happened, but I suspect someone messed up, somewhere, and has now scrambled to catch up.
Please accept my apologies for the delay on behalf of whoever or whatever caused it, and believe that I am just as annoyed and irritated.
Dinah

I've been meaning to post something about that here. Every time I've had a package that goes off the radar, or never gets on the radar, it seems to be found when I go to the USPS site and request e-mail updates. It's happened to me more than just a few times in the year or so since I first tried it.
I'm glad they turned up. Hope all recipients are understanding.

As soon as I request e-mail updates they are miraculously "found". And I automatically request it for any Parcel Select packages. Hope your buyers are nice and understanding!

So far no problems...one of them had opened an INR case this morning, which is why I knew to go trawling through my DCs for a week to find the problem day in the first place. She sent a nice message once I got back to her with the issue but now I have to babysit her DC so I can close it myself as soon as it arrives.
A few other "no worries" replies. I have, as a rule, very sweet buyers. I don't know what I have done to deserve The Mellow Crowd.

Happy to hear that your buyers are being understanding. So, do you think the packages were all together in a pile somewhere at your PO? Weird.

Same thing has happened to me recently -- my counter man said there is a new system , computerized of course, being put in use and that may be why -
thank goodness, I have a paper receipt from them.
I saw it being scanned, and it did not show tracking until 2 days later!
