I am a no returns seller. I sold a Free People dress and the measurements were in the description. I received a request to return the dress due to fit and declined the return. Today I see where she has left me negative feedback stating 'Beware seller does not accept returns'.
I just took my store off the vacation setting because I needed a break and had to seriously talk with myself into not just chucking it and donating all my inventory to someone else. Now I'm just irritated.

I'd respond to the feedback with something like, "Measurements provided/no returns stated in listing".
Then I'd call eBay. It could go either way. A rep could remove it because it's clearly stated in the listing that you don't take returns, or a rep could say it's "The buyers opinion" and leave it.

I'd calmly keep telling the rep that the neg is because the buyer wants something that is not offered in the listing (a return for fit).
