Wegmans Boneless Garlic Studded Standing Rib Roast. Will have plenty of leftovers. I'll be more than happy to help you with those leftovers. He bought a 9 pound boneless roast. Not sure what he told them. I know they can’t get it exact. Just a bit too much🤣. Maybe 3 meals for each of us.

I got to see a video of my next door neighbors patio today. I have no idea why it didn't win first. When I looked at it, it wasn't finished. It ended up being a living room on Christmas eve, complete with brick chimney, Santa, and a fire in the fireplace (tv). It was really cool! It was also much better than the one that came in second. Next door tied for 3rd.

It will be 60 degrees here tomorrow which is fine with me since I don't like cold and snow. Last year it was bitter cold.

Unfortunately, my ex will be at my daughter's for dinner, and I am sure that we will get into an argument. His mother died 11 1/2 years ago and her house behind me has been empty ever since. My daughter has been wanting to buy out my ex's brother's half and my ex had told her that she could have his half for free, since she would inherit it anyway. But now he has raised the price and wants her to pay him for her eventual inheritance. He certainly doesn't need the money and she has her college loan, mortgage and new car payments to deal with. Ex has lived for free since our divorce with his girlfriend, so he was able to accumulate a lot of money. And that will also go to my daughter eventually. So why make her pay him $95,000 now? And the house, which was built in the 50's needs a ton of work. Her present house is really nice but has a tiny yard, and MIL's house has 3 acres of land. Denise, maybe I'm misunderstanding, but why does your ex brother own half of your ex husband's mother's house?

So she will have to pay him for his half of the house.

Oh, that makes sense to me! I thought it was your brother. I haven't spoken to my ex-brother since he stole my $50,000 inheritance from my mother.
