As soon as I ask this you are going to be lie, wha did she just learn how to use computers? Sigh.
Background. I use Windows 7 with ClassicShell. On Google Chrome.
Is there any way to be able to have an internet window open, minimize it and then work in the larger window below that?

Do you mean Windows 8 with classic shell? Windows 7 looks like any other version of Windows.

If you're asking about having two browswer windows open, that's easy. Open your first site, set to whatever size you want. On the browswer top menu bar, pick file/new window and enter the second www site you want. Set that window to whatever size you want. Usually you can go to the edge or corners of the open windows to custom size.

Disclaimer - tip above works on Mac and Windows 7. No idea if it works on Windows 8, but it should be the same or very similar.

It is Windows 8. What I want to do is to make the top window always on top. Does that make sense?
