I just tossed out some of my daughter's tops that had a few tiny holes. And I mean TINY!

Wait, didn't Zoe just have a jacket that would fit in the category? She probably just blew some big bucks only selling the buttons.

It matches the ripped up holey jeans perfectly for the total rag picker look.

I have an older cardigan sweater that I won't give up. I only wear it at night and in the early morning over my PJ's in the colder months. DH is always telling me to throw that "rag" away. It has holes in the cuff area that I roll up so they're not visible, but every now and then they roll down. It periodically gets fuzz balls on it that I keep shaving off, and it's a tad stretched out. But it is super soft, just above mid-thigh length, has two good-sized pockets, it's so comfortable, warm feeling, a rich dark burgundy color, and at least it looks neat. I found that above pictured sweater on Nordstrom, it's currently on sale for $372.00, and there is a matching gray colored cardigan. The cardigan is more expensive, it sells for $860.00 and it's on sale for $516.00. I think I'll ask DH to buy this "NEW" cardigan since he hates this sweater I have so much and see what he says. Bet he says to keep my original for sure. Here is one review that someone posted on the pink sweater: Too expensive, cat has cheaper option I can get a normal pink sweater for $20 and my cat will do the rest www.nordstrom.com/s/broken-heart-oversize-distressed-wool-cardigan/7094004?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&breadcrumb=Home%2FAll%20Results&color=020

Love this! A new side-hustle for cat owners - Rent them out to customize sweaters!

Perfect job opportunity for Chance. Maybe he would leave Daisy's condo alone even though he claims it is termites doing the damage because he has seen them. One more night of those "termites" and I think the condo will be condemmed.

I may have to suggest this to Simon. He's picked up Toby's habit of chewing on stuff and decided to take a bite out one of my fabric cubie bins

I call that Insulting Fashion. Let's be a rich, first world country paying a premium to look downtrodden.

If we got that as a donation at GW, it would have gone in the trash.

Everything old is new again! And all those holes make it eco-friendly. No need to air-condition your sweater.

Zoesam, I think your jacket needs more holes and they should be larger. Then cut off the buttons. Replace some, but not all with a variety of colors in non-matching styles. In the spots where no buttons remain make a hole. Connect this hole with the buttonhole by tying a string or twine through both.

You know it would look really, really dumb actually 'on the hoof' so to speak, walking down the street. It's like those styles where the models tuck in one side of a button-down shirt and leave the other side hanging out, or the one where they only button the top two buttons and let the rest flap around. It just looks ridiculous in the wild.
