It's generically called a cascade cardigan. But Torrid has style #'s under the label, so you can usually get the exact name by googling it.

In addition to cascade, if I google waterfall and high low cardigan, the same images pop up. I am not sure which ones are technically correct, but all are terms buyers might use to search.

When in doubt, I just say that the front is longer than the back. And then I give the measurements.
