It takes a little time to make (45 minutes to an hour including cook time maybe?), but overall it's an easy recipe. I added balsamic vinegar, a LOT more herbs than the recipe listed, and brown sugar to the sauce (I don't use salt). I also added some herbs to the pizza crust. You can top with real cheese or vegan cheese. For thin crust, don't let the dough rise as long or as much. It's pretty good if you're on a low sodium diet. www.kidney.org/content/salt-free-pizza
