So, I have been thinking about this and the value of sharing. I am sharing a lot more because of the ability to use Share All, and I have seen an increase in sales. Now I am wondering if the more followers you have, the higher potential for sales because sharing is done to your followers. So I guess my question is, do people who are not following me see my items? My items wouldn't show up in their feed, I get that (but I never shop my feed and can't imagine that people do). But do people who are not following me see my items if they search for something I have? And if they do see it, is it way down in the search results because they are not following me and my sharing to followers doesn't impact them?
And if any of that is the case, how do we actively generate more followers?

Those who don't follow you will see your items come up in the feed - they can then follow you.
Items you share are shared to your followers and come up in the feed.
The best way I now to get followers is to share from the feed.
People who are just searching will find you organically, but the search is really, really screwed up since they overhauled it months ago. Manish (CEO) admitted that it was a bad mistake when sales dumped and they said they are restoring it, but my sales have never recovered - I went from 30-40 sales a month, sometimes more, to maybe 10-15, then abruptly to only a few per month. I have 115,000 followers and can share all day long and my sales still go nowhere.

When I am bored, I follow new people on my cell....under Find People, and then New People. I also click on Ambassadors. I don't play the following games.
But I don't remember the last time that I sold an item to someone that I have already followed. They are always new. And I have 114K followers.
So they must be searching for something to find my item.

Following new people and good SEO are both good ideas. I do follow new people in the app. I used to have a lot of repeat business, but it's all gone now.
