The title is wrong.
It was KServicing that filed. Kabbage was sold to American Express, except for the PPP loan portfolio, which became KServicing. The sole purpose of KServicing was to handle PPP applications and loans.
The main Kabbage (Kabbage.com) still exists, operates as a American Express subsidiary, and still gives small business loans.
