So there is a body involved in this too?
Dang, I seem to have missed a heck of a lot.

LOLOL Val's post "Probably not as stiff" is the first post on the second page of this thread for me and it made me laugh. And then a scramble to go back to the first page to see what was not as stiff.
Not sure what ya'll had been talking about.

Well is anyone should it would be you since you started this whole thing with talk of skirts and pianos. Then Val mentioned the stiff and I got totally lost. Don't confuse an old lady on drugs!!

Took the day off from Ebay yesterday, went and had lunch with a good friend then we saw the movie McFarland USA at the fancy theater with the seats that recline all the way back. It was a fun day. Kritter I hope "the girls" get better adjusted with each passing day. Poor things are traumatized

Thanks, bliss.
The girls are still keeping to themselves.
Savannah will at least look at me when she hisses while Sabrina faces the wall and growls if she thinks I am looking at her.
No eating or drinking yet. My plan is too set up a Fancy Feast buffet in their room tonight so maybe they will come out and eat overnight.

Wow. That's some upset kitties. My guy, who hides when people come over, would have at least wandered out to eat when no one was around. Poor girls. BTW, my guy doesn't care for Fancy Feast, so if your new girls don't fall for the Fancy Feast buffet, try Sheba or LuvSome. My guy inhales the Sheba chicken & liver pate as fast as I can get the bowl on the floor

I have some Sheba too so will add that to the choices. My cats really like the Sheba too but I found some FF on sale the other day for .26 a can so couldn't pass that up.
Yep, looks like we have some upset to the max kittehs. Hootie comes out because he is still at home even after the other people have left.
These girls lost both their person and their home. Its a double whammy.

Hootie comes out when traveling, too. But that's probably because his human is there.

I'm still waiting for pic's of the girls, I know that might not be easy though considering one won't even look at you.

We could be getting closer to pics.
I will keep my camera in that room just in case I can catch them before they flee into hiding.

I hope they do too.
If they don't, it won't be because they won't have choices.

Yea, progress with the Rags.
I was laying on the couch reading in the foster bedroom and Savannah came out and walked out into the hall. She came back in the room and sniffed around a bit but as soon as I moved, she went back into hiding. No eating or drinking, darn it.
Baby steps....
Was waiting to see if Target had the Lilly stuff online but will probably give up. Need to get their wet food buffet set up.

It took two weeks before LB would even come out from her hiding spot save at night to come upstairs and eat. She hid in piles of hat boxes in the basement - way in the back. Cassie hid under the comfy chair. After a week she finally came out when I came over to visit (DH's cats) and crouched down and quietly called her name. She came creeping out with big round eyes. They gradually settled in, but it took LB quite a while - they never hissed though. They had lost all of their humans and their home, because they had to be adopted out (rescue cats) - they came from a loving rescue family who had moved and unfortunately their new neighbourhood was cat unfriendly. Now they're basically glued to us when they're not outside hunting or laying in the sun or getting slimy in the stream (LB).
