I recently created 2 new ebay acc'ts & have been buying some low priced items I could use to get some feedback before using the acc'ts to sell. I bought a few things from China & got the first one today-listed as a soft ruler measure 60" & 150 cm.
Before I stretched the tape out I started laughing. The "inches" were seriously inflated. The metric part on the other side looked ok. I used a ruler and discovered each of the supposed to be inches was 1 5/16". As I guessed, the metric side is correct.
So on this device 150 cm = 45 inches.
An example: if someone with hips 39 1/4" measured with this tape they would think their hips were 30".
