All of a sudden Poshmark tells me I need to "connect" to Pinterest when I try to post something I've listed on Poshmark to my Pinterest board. When I click on "connect" this comes up. What does it mean that they can change my board settings and create new boards? Not sure I want them messing around with my Pinterest boards.
Poshmark would like to: See all your boards (including secret boards and group boards you join) See all your public Pins and comments See your public data (including boards, following, profile etc.) Create new boards for you, and change your board settings Create new Pins for you

Didn't you post this on the FB group? What did everyone say?
I never had to do that. I do post to pinterest, but from eBay. But I was never prompted to.

I did post it there, but no one really answered. I didn't have a problem sharing to Pinterest from Poshmark until a few weeks ago. Then that "connect" thing came up with all those conditions, and I'm not sure what they mean.

Poshmark recently filed an IPO - I'll bet they're going to try to monetize social media connections and want ALL of that information. They can't have it from me - social media isn't that effective for sales.

Maybe check your Sharing Settings under Account Settings. Mine all say "connect now". I was afraid to click on it as I didn't want to activate it. If yours says something other than "connect now", maybe you can click on it and deactivate the connection?
