Good morning! Do you have your taxes done yet? If not, you can file an extension. More on that tomorrow A little useless Tuesday trivia: In the Greek world, Tuesday (the day of the week of the Fall of Constantinople) is considered an unlucky day. The same is true in the Spanish-speaking world. For both Greeks and Spanish-speakers, the 13th of the month is considered unlucky if it falls on Tuesday, instead of Friday. In Judaism, on the other hand, Tuesday is considered a particularly lucky day, because in the first chapter of Genesis the paragraph about this day contains the phrase "it was good" twice.
In the Thai solar calendar, the day is named for the Pali word for the planet Mars, which also means "Ashes of the Dead";[15] the color associated with Tuesday is pink.
In the folk rhyme Monday's Child, "Tuesday's child is full of grace".What's going on for your Tuesday?

Filed my extension about two weeks ago. Today I will be doing a complete top to bottom cleanup of the foster bedroom. I do not plan on leaving the house unless it is on fire!

Got my taxes done last month. First time I have ever been that early so I gave myself a gold star. Sun is out here today after several cold, and rainy days. So I had my morning fruit smoothie outside and just enjoyed the sun and watched the critters in the garden. My cleaner is coming this afternoon so I get to watch her work. I'm getting bored just sitting around so I think I will have her get my lights out of the storeroom and later this week try to get some pics of things I can do just sitting down; shoes, books, patterns, etc. I need to get listing again and I figure I will ease myself into it with small easy items like that. I hope that if I get into a habit of listing a couple of items a day it will become easier to each day just add a few more and a few more until I get in the rhythm of listing again.

Take it easy Shirley! I know that it is hard to have to just sit around....drives me nuts.
I had to have my taxes done the end of Jan for my Medicaid review. IRS has already cashed my check.
I swear that I am demented....have been listing yarn and in most of my listings, I forgot to put the word...YARN!
Kudos to eBay searches, since when I did a search for the word yarn in my listings, they showed up anyway, without the word. Just did revise all of them.

That's funny, Denise. Sometimes we worry so much about getting everything in the listing. At least Ebay is on the ball there. By the way, I wouldn't go out of my way to get to the new Goodwill - Prices are HIGH - Lots of mart brands. I don't think they will last long. I'm not sure who they think will be shopping there but they don't have a good grasp of their demographic.

Thanks kid! Forgot all about that GW! Aren't they priced like the other ones around here?
Let me know if it changes....I never feel very well after my chemo anyway.
I seldom find anything at the SA--with soooo many items, I do better at my area GW.

Denise - they are out of Johnstown - different district, I guess. Kid clothes are $2.99 each - Didn't see anything worth that - lots of mart T-shirts. Infants are .99 but only had about 1/2 rack. Adult prices are similar to Greensburg but they've pulled out athletic/active wear & priced higher. I didn't look at too much else. Some small appliances (popcorn popper) & cookwear were $15.99. I went to the Grand Opening - they were packed. Waited in line for about 1/2 hour for a few things. Everyone was complaining about prices. I'm sure once yard sales start it will be a ghost town there. It's a shame, they did a lot of work on the building & it's close for me. I was really bummed! More on topic, I spent today cleaning & organizing my inventory. I need to not buy anything more until I sell more!!!

Thanks for the info! I have been looking at GW for stuff for my grandson, but can really do better at YS. Love finding boys clothing for $1 each, considering that he won't be in it for very long.
That is a crazy price for small appliances!

I am so sorry you have chemo all the time but i am so glad it keeps you going!!!
I lucked out this week. I live right outside Philly and inventory for me is high. They opened a cute little Jewish Thrift Store and I have been going every now and then. Some days she has 1/2 off. Well now once a month they are having bag sales.
So I skipped church and Mike and I went bag shopping. I got four bags of around 63 pieces of clothing (nothing amazing) for $80.
Things are going so cheap that at least I will have some cheaper prices out there. Hopefully will drive people to my site.
