Well I just had my first unpaid item under the new process that I was apparently unaware of lol. It seems there's no more resolution center or anything. If four days have passed and the buyer hasn't paid you simply click on cancel transaction and from the drop down menu there is an option for Buyer Didn't Pay. Then you can click on relist. It says the buyer will still receive an unpaid strike, hopefully this is true. It makes it easier because you don't have to file then wait X amount of days for the buyer to pay before you can close it out.

Hmm it says I can edit it but then Preferences for items awaiting payment If a buyer does not pay for an item they’ve committed to buy, you can set the transaction to automatically cancel after a selected timeframe, but then it doesn't show an option to do so?
This is the only option Preferences for items awaiting payment

Yeah, it was in the Spring Seller Update. Should make things quicker & easier. We'll see if that happens. So annoyed right now b/c they changed the END LISTINGS screen & have made it 1000x worse.

Mine is showing that. I'm on Firefox. I selected 4 days and to manually relist. I finally figured it out, you have to select automatic to see the drop down. Well the earliest it shows me is 11 days, so I think if I have the automatic thing turned off I can do it manually in 4 days as I did this one?

They also changed the Saved Seller screen and removed the link to see their items. The link to their store is still there, but otherwise you gotta click on View Profile then See Items. They also removed the feedback notification section on the seller hub front page. It was in the little section along the top with Unread Messages, Awaiting Shipping, etc. So now you literally have to check your feedback score if you want to see if any was left.
