I sold a $10 item to a US Territory halfway around the world (Saipan, Mariana Islands). I thought it was odd that someone would be this cheapo t-shirt to ship it to the middle of the ocean, but whatever. They have 440FB. It had a PO box & got there quickly. Saipan is tiny, so may be that everyone has a PO Box, IDK. It's been avl for pick up since May 12. Today I see that they are preparing to send it back to me.
What do you do in these cases? I've never had one before. Am I on the hook for refunding? I have not heard a word from her & I did everything right here.

I would sit on it.

I agree with Labby. When someone doesn't follow through like that, I consider it a forfeit. I would wait for the statute of limitations to run and then re-sell it--but I'm usually dealing with jewelry that is priced higher.

OK, thanks. I guess I'll wait n see if she ever misses it. Hopefully if she files an INR, it won't be on me. Unfortunately, it'll be a long time before the clock runs out b/c it's a US Territory, so it didn't take that long to get to her.
