I bought a pair of size 8.5 shoes, but received the shoes in a size 10. Seller had HFR. When I got to the part about printing the return label I clicked on the big blue button that said "Print Return Label". Printer spit out a page with headers & footers, white space in between.
Next I tried to highlight & print selection with the same results.
Then I used the print page option for my system. Printer quickly spit out 2 pages with the headers & footers, then finally printed a label on 1 page followed by a packing slip on another page. (both would've fit on one page)
Then a parting shot--2 more pages of headers & footers. The numbers on the headers indicated the plan was 6 pages as they said 1 of 6 through 6 of 6.
It's no wonder some sellers have reported that the buyers couldn't figure out how to print a label.

Only time I've returned an item via HFR, I couldn't get a paid label to print. It was a defective item and said seller would be charged, but only an address label - no shipping or scanner barcode printed out. I gave up and shipped it back on my dime.

My one experience - it said I could print a label. However, there was never a link or place to print one from.
