Chap, you've got something of your own going on, I think. On Ebay, for 2-ups 8 1/2x11 BOTH the orientation AND the sizing were wrong - you can see it in the photo I posted above. We were getting the format of thermal labels, it seems. If only your orientation is wrong, I think you're unique :-)
Some idiot posted on the Ebay boards that it was only an app problem, which was absolutely NOT true.
BUT I just printed my first label of the day on Ebay & it is now WORKING CORRECTLY for me, both the size AND the orientation.

That happens to my Posh labels when I click on my email for the label. Instead I have to go to the Posh site and click to download the label there.

Because it popped up the same time the eBay label problem came up I thought it was a browser problem (because my other site labels had problems, too), occurring right on the heels of Firefox's latest update. Having the browser problem and eBay-specific problem coming up was confusing.

Emerald's problem has been resolved & it isn't just me it's working for, I've seen multiple ppl confirm it's working.

No, it's still a problem. I just have to fix each label. Bleh. I think the problem is complicated by my having shifted computers to a new desktop and a new laptop.

zoesam, the label wasn't fitting on one label for me. It was extending onto the second label, which is the reason I had to print on paper, cut, and glue/tape it on. I'm glad to hear that it's working for you now. I have a couple of labels to print later and hope it's fixed for everyone now.

I think it is, I saw several people post on the Ebay boards that it was working for them too, so it's not just me. Good luck!

When I use eBay labels I always use the download button and then print from the pdf. Have you tried that? I just did this an hour ago and it worked just fine, but I don’t know if I’m affected by the current issue to begin with. I usually use Pirateship but the padded flat rates are cheaper on eBay. Otherwise I don’t bother with eBays messed up print dialogue.
