Is this a genuine Max Mara?

If anyone can help me out on this, I'd appreciate it. I know nothing about this brand but feel that it's not genuine based on what I've researched. Are all Max Mara items made in Italy? There is nothing on this coat that indicates that it was made in Italy. If it isn't authentic, can I remove the tag and try to sell it as a colorful coat?

I'm not an expert at all but I vote fake. In my own experience, I have found more fake Max Mara than any other clothing brand.

There is usually a large white material content tag that has made in Italy and a bunch of info. I can't remember but I think he does a hologram too, not 100% sure.

Hopefully someone comes along to say definitely either way.
