On most of my Ebay items I accept returns. But on a few things, like car parts, craft patterns, and vintage items, I do not accept returns. I just got a return request on a no-return vintage skirt with the buyer saying it doesn't fit. All measurements were in the description, but she says the elastic is stretched out. It was fine when I measured it, not loose or "crunchy" at all. I don't want to accept this return. If I just decline the return request, is there a place to tell her why, because the measurements were in the description? Or do they just get a decline notice? Thanks!

I think they just get a decline notice.

There's a place to tell Ebay why, but not her. If I am so inclined, I just send an ASQ just before or after I decline.

Sounds to me like the elastic is fine, it's just too big for her.
