Just an FYI, I tried to Report A Buyer yesterday, for the first time in ages & I got a surprise. First of all, it took a LOT of effort to even find where to do it. It's not in any of the drop downs anymore (I checked 3 different screens), nor was it anywhere on the UPI screen, so I had to do a search of the Help, where I found it. Then when I went to actually do it, they've changed & limited the choices for why to report & a UPI is no longer a reason & there's a note that if the buyer hasn't paid, to just open a UPI. Which of course, I'd already done. I wanted to report her as well, esp since her FB was rampant with sellers saying she hadn't paid. So much for Ebay having seller's backs.

Maybe it's because each UPI generates a strike on her account automatically...?

That's what I was thinking - maybe eBay can now track UPIs thru the system.

Maybe. I still want to be able to draw attn to her, since she has 2 pages full of sellers saying she didn't pay.

I don't think Ebay has had seller's backs for a long time and I don't think they kick buyers off for not paying.
Even if they have any repercussions for non paying buyers, the buyers could just open a new account anyway.
I sell like retail stores do. When you buy, you pay immediately and not 2 or 3 days down the road. Instead of sending offers to Watchers or accepting an offer, I go in and lower the price so the buyer still has to pay right away. I do not suffer non paying fools.
I am probably the only one here who limits my time on selling stuff. I list it and I ship it. I don't do any back and forth with potential buyers coaxing them into buying or educating them. I don't make enough from Ebay to deal with all that.
That is the beauty of all this. You have a choice on how you run your business and how much time you want to put into it.

It's not worth it for me to do IPR. I have WAY more multiple purchase buyers than I have UPI's. I only get 1-2 UPI's a year. I typically have 2-3 multiple purchase buyers/month. I have no desire to change to IPR. I simply wanted to report the buyer, like we used to be able to.
Which reminds me... I also need to get a call from Ebay b/c my Orders screen says my FVF's were NOT credited, while my email says they were. SO ANNOYING! Yesterday callbacks were taking 114 minutes.
