that used to be recommended to get one? It was a TX store & I think started with an H. I know lots of places sell them, but this place had reasonable shipping. One of mine bit the dust the other day & of course it was the one I use the most She's not salvageable, RIP Rosie.

Thank you. I took a quick look at Ebay & the prices weren't cheap, but I haven't done a deep dive yet. I think I paid $6 for mine LOL. What was the H store? It's been driving me nuts cuz all I can think of is Hammacher Schlemmer, which it not it LOL.

When I ordered my last one, the shipping was really high from Firefly, which is why I ordered from ebay instead. I don't remember what the old name was. The new name is kinda dumb, IMO, for what they sell.

Yes, that was it, THANK YOU!!! It's been bugging me. I agree Firefly is a dumb name. Totally non-descriptive. I would have thought it was an outdoor patio accessories store, like Frontgate. Store fixtures never would have occurred to me.

Firefly charges stupid high shipping - that's how they keep their prices relatively low. Yes, they were Robert Hamm. Agree, the new name is silly.

That's why I ordered my last one off of eBay - even with higher shipping on eBay, it was cheaper than Firefly. But that was a few years ago.

Luckily I still have Lola (L-O-L-A she's a man who dresses like a woman), so I can get by for the time being. Lola has to wear a bra though & that creates lines under some items & is obvious under sheer items. So, I want another true female plus to replace the broken Rosie (as in Whole Lotta Rosie), but I can afford to wait some time since most of my items are loose fitting & opaque, so her bra lines don't show.

I put the plus sized stuff on my regular mannequin, or just use the wide plus-size hangers and drape them against the wall which I think works well as the shoulders are supported. But I carry and sell few plus-sized items for lack of available inventory.

I've seen some on Amazon in the 30 to 45 dollar range. That is the cheapest I've seen around.

Yeah, that's one of the ones I was considering. But, I think Firefly is cheaper. When I took some of the other stuff I had in my cart, out of it, the S&H at Firefly was much more reasonable. I had some hangers in there, which was making it quite heavy. I got interrupted & haven't gotten back to deciding.
