Can't schedule a pick up from website or app

Can't schedule a pick-up.  App says service is not available and it just sits there when I click on schedule a pickup from the website.  Of course I have a large package I wanted to have picked up so I didn't have to go inside.  First world problem but it's frustrating!

Pickup from where? USPS maybe? UPS?

Don't know what you're trying to schedule, but if it's USPS, no problems here. I do it on the PC.
