Hi all- This is a Columbia blouse. I am not sure if there is a name for this type of cuff treatment? They just fold up and look cute. No buttons. I think they add a cute personality to an otherwise ho-hum blouse. Thanks

Thanks Val and Chap- I searched completeds and none of them had the cuffs 'flipped'. Initially, I didn't realize they were made to be flipped--and surprised how cute the blouse became when I did! I've become a fan! I think I will take another couple pics highlighting the cuffs.

It's a menswear term:
What is a flip cuff? It has rounded edges that fan out and extend well past the buttons. It flips back over to create a double layer similar to a French cuff without cuff links.
So I use it as the only thing I could think of.

I own & wear a lot of shirts with this style cuffs. I like to fold them back. Most of the time I even fold back the ones with buttons in the cuffs. I just don't button them. If they have 2 buttons I'll unbutton the one on the end and fold back over the buttoned part. If I'm selling a shirt like this I take pictures of the various ways to wear them.
These cuffs are usually on 3/4 length sleeves which reminds me of something amusing. 3/4 length sleeves had just started being available shortly before a sister-in-law died. She was short with exceptionally short arms. She was so excited to finally find "long" sleeved shirts that were the right length for her arms.

I call them foldback cuffs or foldback sleeves. Probably 1/2 the shirts I sell have them. At least in some brands.

I've always called them 'split cuff' without refering to folding. I think I will use one of the terms above from now on.
