I have a buyer who hasn't yet paid so I tried to send an invoice, and I keep receiving this message : Error There is some technical error, please try after sometime.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had an issue?

Geez - they couldn't even spell the danged error message right. I've been having 'it's not you, it's us' and "server down" messages all through the week. Usually I wait for a bit and it clears.
ETA: The glitch rate I've been experiencing has accelerated in the last few weeks.

I think it's more a case of eBay not being able to walk and chew gum at the same time. They're implementing managed payments and, given that they pulled a lot of their IT people off site maintenance to MP (and aren't exactly the 'tech giant' they'd like to think they are), a lot of other stuff is now going wrong. Maybe they could sell off Walker's West and hire a few more programmers.
