So I have been on ebay's managed payments since the end of August. Everything was supposedly fine and they were going to start depositing my money into the checking account that I entered. So far no deposits. The money is just sitting in Ebay's hot little hands. I spoke to customer service yesterday and they assured me there would be a deposit today. Nope nothing nada. They could not even verify the account number that the deposit was to go to only the last 4 digits and the routing number. I can not check the account number either. It only shows the last 4 digits and when I try to get to an edit screen nothing happens. I have put in a call today and there is 223 minute wait to get a call back. It is not a ton of money but it is mine. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't had the problem yet. I'm sorry that you are. I eased up a little on EBay when I found out I was being put in the program. I wanted to see how it worked but didn't want to jeopardize a lot of money. You are right, you need to see the whole account number. Keep working up the chain until you get an answer. Try going to the Ebay Facebook Help. I've never used it but others here have and were able to get a faster response on issues they have had. For what it's worth, my first sales through MP took 4 days for them to even initiate it. I saw the funds just sitting there as pending and wondered what they were doing. After waiting those 4 days I finally saw that they had "moved it over". It still took a few days more for it to show up in my checking account. So that was a weeks time. After that it seemed to work smoothly.

After waiting 6 hours for a call back yesterday the rep said that there was a glitch in the system. They have not even tried to transfer the money. She said she put my name on the Tech report but as of today the money is still sitting there. I am going to try going to the Facebook Help page. I asked the rep if this was happening to other sellers and she kinda said yeah. So is ebay just sitting on this money making interest off of it? ?

OP, what do you see when you look at the Payments tab in Seller Hub? Is it showing as "Available funds" or "Pending funds"? Does it show anything on the "last payout..." line?

It shows Available Funds and no payouts. It is ridiculous. They said that I could not use an online only bank. Fine I just want my money. Tried to change it to my regular checking account. All I get is Sorry there is something wrong. Please try again later. I am waiting on another phone call. This is not just me. There is a seller on a private Managed payment group on ebay who has over 2000 dollars being held.

How frustrating!! I have been in managed payments since July, no problems with receiving funds. I get a deposit every Tuesday. I use a big national bank maybe that's why?

Sorry you're dealing with this. I don't use a big national bank, I use a region CU & although there were a few hiccups getting set up b/c my DH's name is on the stmts at the top, once it was set up, it's been working fine ever since (3-4 weeks now).
