I had a buyer from Japan make one purchase on Etsy, followed by another order hours later. The second order is 3# itself so the combined order weighs 4# which was gonna cost $65 to mail First Class Int. BUT I can (barely) fit it into a PFRE which will cost approx. $35 so I want to go that route. BUT there are 2 separate orders, each needing a customs form. I haven't found a way to combine orders on Etsy. Is there going to be a problem with my shipping the one order and then marking the order complete, then adding the tracking to the 1st order? Ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
PS- sorry if this is in the wrong place... it IS a shipping question tho :-)

Well, never mind! :-) You can't combine orders on Etsy BUT I was able to add a second declared item to the actual customs form so that solved my problem. Once I did that it was easy to update progress on the 1st item I didn't buy postage for and update tracking. I'll have to do math (yuck) later to see how much of a refund I owe my buyer- should be about $30. I was sure surprised that PFRE international was so much cheaper than the 4 pound package would be if sent via First Class Int!!
