Sigh.
i have a customer that bought two items, asked if i would combine shipping (of course!) and then proceeded to check out on each item without waiting for a combined invoice as instructed (no i dont use IPR).
you guessed it--one is GSP, one is just regular priority.
i already emailed her but i have zero idea the best way to proceed. im sure it involves refunding one or both, but i gotta say i don't want to pay fees or truthfully, be bothered by any of it. i basically want to say too bad, so sad and mail as paid for.
i REALLY need to get this done today since it requires a trip to the post office and im trying to just stay home now.
any thoughts?

I know nothing about GSP but, since she paid separately, I would ship them separately, as listed.

I'm confused about how 1 can be GSP, while the other is not, if they're going to the same addy? Maybe I'm not understanding the question? Normally I just combine even if they paid separately, like I had a woman do the other day, but she bought 4 items, but I'm not getting how only 1 can be GSP.

I don't do GSP but it may be possible to have some listings on GSP and some not. I have no idea but just a thought.

Correct. You can turn GSP on or off in each listing if you’re opted in. It’s not all or nothing anymore like it was in the beta.

For some reason one was an older listing and did not have the GSP on it. She purchased both but did not pay and wanted me to take the GSP off and ship both together by regular international. I called ebay and they were unable to do it. Once the buyer purchases, even if not paid, it can't be changed. She said to cancel the GSP scarf and she paid for just the regular FC international. This was to Canada and I don't blame her as the GSP fees/shipping were way high.
