Last week I used my Ebay shipping supplies coupon to order boxes. I ordered 2 different sizes. One was correct, but the other they sent the wrong size...ordered 15" x 10" x 6" and they sent 4" x 4" x 4"! Big difference. If I request a return, do I get any of that shipping supplies coupon back? Or am I just SOL? Thanks!

I remember reading that someone got a wrong order and when they contacted the seller, the seller sent them the right thing without asking for a return. I would go ahead and ask them about the supply credit if you return the wrong boxes. I think they would have to make it right.

I once had a problem with a missing item that I didn't receive. They shipped it out immediately. I doubt that you would have to pay the return shipping.

They are very quick to respond and will most likely ship out the correct ones without asking for a return on the incorrect ones. When UPS misdelivered my order, I contacted them to check into it and they just sent me a whole new order...and then UPS delivered the original.

I got this from them this morning: We are very sorry to hear your purchase for "NEW ITEM eBay-Branded Boxes With Black Color Logo 15" x 10" x 6"[25 Boxes]" arrived containing the incorrect item (4x4x4" boxes). Our goal is to properly inspect and accurately process each order for shipment.
All items are guaranteed. As such, a replacement bundle of the 25ct 15x10x6" boxes will be processed with today's shipment from our building in Kentucky. They shipped out the correct boxes by UPS on Monday and I got them yesterday. I'm happy!
