I had a buyer (Etsy) contact me last night about her package that I mailed Feb 5th; tracking shows it arrived in Poland and then continued on to Malaysia where it has now successfully passed thru customs. I know the label was correct; it definitely was addressed to Poland. Is this normal routing or are we screwed? Any suggestions? I'm gonna take my tracking paper to the PO later but they're honestly not able (or are unwilling) to help much on international first class packages.
