Trinton says, "you just need to send your concerns to sdsupport@eBay.com. Be sure to include specific requests that you would like to see with any relevant information. As for why you are seeing the options presented, the item specifics offered are largely sourced from what our sellers have provided - if something doesn't make sense, we can address it, but it would be present because another seller uploaded that item specific themselves. This can lead to issues at times, particularly with spelling variations, but our catalog team is happy to review." Here's the thread: community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Item-Specifics-Loaf-Pan-Category-81247/m-p/30631148#M1541390 Trinton responds in posts 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10. Trinton says this in post 7, "Just as a side note, every time I have personally emailed sdsupport@eBay.com I receive an update/see changes within 48 hours. Quite often my request has been reviewed and action has been taken within just a few hours." The OP of the thread tried emailing the SDSupport team and was referred to the non-solicited suggestion policy. That page led me to this link to send comments about Item Specifics. contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2004&rcode=GS%3DCU0758&subject=Suggestions+about+categories+and+item+specifics&bcrumb=Help%3EContact%20us

What does everyone do for "Sleeve type"? 99% of my items have normal sleeves.

What does everyone do for "Sleeve type"? 99% of my items have normal sleeves. I just don’t fill it out. I leave most blank. Here’s something I noticed the other day. I try to occasionally drill down through the items for sale view to check for “character blue” “theme colorful/flower” and wrong brands like PINK and M&M that seem to auto populate. I noticed when I drill down to cotton, all the ones where I typed cotton/modal or cotton/spandex are in the results. I can’t remember the others, but there was something else helpful that came up too.

Oh Lord. I am still correcting the IS from October, I think.
I am now putting a special IS as "Actual Fabric", and then typing the actual fabric content. I used to do that, then they asked for the actual fabric....only to take it off again.

Rayon just goes into non-specific. There's no cotton blend.

Well, this is fun...just read over the new eBay changes....item specifics. I have been changing several of mine a day since the last change, and was down to 150 more to change. It is now up to 712.
No idea what is wrong now....

No idea what is wrong now.... I was almost done too. Most of mine are pants/jeans that now need "Waist Size". Not sure about any other category at this time.

It looks like "Fabric type" is now what I have to add. And of course, the types don't make sense. These can't be changed in bulk since all of the clothing items are different.

I have one that I'm supposed to add closure type. The item is elastic waist pull-on jeans. Sigh . . .

Maybe it is just me...I am listing necklaces and under "color" is the option "mother". Anyone else?
