If I understand it correctly, when I lower the price on a closet clean out day, PM gives a shipping discount good for a few hours. When someone counter offers, do they still get the shipping discount if I accept the offer? I got one the other day where she offered $2 less, which if she lost the shipping discount, she saved 20 cents if I agreed to the offer (if the discounted shipping became $4.99, that is). I did not agree on that one as it just irked me. I got another counter offer just now for $5 less, and it reminded me of the one the other day. I’m considering this one (even though it also irritates me) just because I need to be making more progress getting this stuff out of here. The $5 represents another 21% on top of the 10%, which had taken me to $24 for a new pair of Jag jeans. I think Jag jeans has a loyal fan base but it’s not all that large.

Yes, the shipping discount disappears if they send an offer.

No, they lose their discount when they counter. I can't tell you how many times I sent offers with free shipping, only to be countered by the amount that actually will cost buyer a few dollars more, because they lose free shipping once they counter. I always accept, and nobody has complained so far
