We have markdown manager, codeless coupons, discounts etc on eBay. Basically, sales promotions. What does Etsy offer sellers? I'm updating a holiday selling presentation and wanted to be sure I didn't miss any features that Etsy offers to Sellers.

I personally haven't done any of these, but you can try:
Sales and coupons, specifically targeting abandoned carts and recently favorited
And they recommend sharing on social media. I used to do their Promoted listings which they don't have anymore. I stopped doing them when they'd randomly set mine to trending rates instead of what I had them set at. One month, I didn't realize they had done this and racked up over $30 in Promoted Listing fees but didn't sell enough to cover that!

Their new promos are using the same horrible search engine, they determine the distribution and add bid for both Google and Etsy, and so far the reported results have been dismal- I spent $33 in one month for $50 worth of sales and dumped them - sellers who had been successful with the previous Etsy adds have been discontinuing them. As Etsy has been posting notices to please keep using them (when they aren't threatening us about doing free shipping AND offering 20% discounts) my suspicion is that many sellers are no longer using them.
I used to send out coupon codes and sometimes they were used.
