I can't get to the login page no matter what browser or platform (Mac or Windows) that I use. Earlier today, I noticed it was taking unusually long to receive invoices sent from PP.

yeah, it's back up for me, too, now. It's been wonky all day though. Usually when I bill from PP the recipient gets it immeditely. This afternoon, it was taking a couple of hours. And it wasn't the recipients email services, either.

I received email today that I sold an item and 4 hours later I got the email saying they paid. I always get the two emails within minutes of each other.

Yeah, my payment notifications have been very slow today, too.

I had a heck of a time doing a BIN for some fabric a few minutes ago. Took several attempts to get checkout to go through. If I was the average buyer and didn't know about all their glitches I would have just moved on. I lost a sale the other night because ebay wouldn't let her submit an offer even though it didn't show it was blocking her and she wasn't on any of my lists, even added her to my exemption list and it wouldn't let her offer or bin, just froze her page. This is ridiculous.
