Got another dreaded 'open case' message with an angry Posher claiming I'd sent her the wrong item, demanding her full refund. I assumed I'd done the dreaded switched items and commented that was probably what had happened. Then I checked my sales and the other item had already been accepted with a 5 star rating. So I mentioned that in another comment so Posh can figure it out. Sounds sorta fishy unless Posher #2 accepted her dress and left a review without opening the package? I shipped them both last week the day the internet was down all afternoon in our area; had to walk to the street to use my phone and double check who got what so I was extra careful with the packages that day! Ugh, I hate drama before my 1st cuppa coffee :-(

At least you didn't send someone two right shoes of different sizes (just drying to help). I work in dread that I'll mix up packages, but it happens all the time - we're one-man armies and it gets overwhelming ((retro))

They got back to me this morning and are having her return the skirt or dress- whatever I sent her. If it's the dress I'll send it along to the correct Posher. But I'm gonna block the other buyer. I HATE IT when someone comes out swinging, talking mean about what they expect and demand. Yeah I made a mistake and own up to them frequently and at the drop of a hat. I have NO patience for ALL the drama & attitude. Thanks for the sympathy! :-)

(((retro))) Is it so hard in today's society to have SOME civility? Why does everything have to be so darn dramatic?

I had some dude come out swinging at me about a possible mistake I had made on a vintage item I had sold. I just told him that there is no necessity to act like this and just calm down. He actually did lol. Some people think the whole world is out to get them or owes them something - no, they are not that important.
Most people are decent about things - I hate that drama, though.

I know I've said this before, but instead of just having our own village idiot, online we get everybody's village idiots.

Reality TV is spoon feeding everyone that watches massive doses of drama, in the music & situations. The general public is eating it up; at least that's my theory. Either that or the microwaves really ARE affecting our brains, lol!

I thought this transaction was finished. The buyer that bought the skirt on Aug 25th never returned the skirt so on Sept 13th Posh released my funds. Tonight I got a message that the buyer has shipped the skirt. Now what- are they going to yoink my $12 from my account or ?? I don't even remember what the problem was with the skirt- maybe I'll relist it when it returns.

If I get it back I may keep it- I've lost weight since listing it so it may fit tho I'm short for a maxi skirt.

That's a little short for me but it does lengthen the leg line.

So they DID take the payment back from my account. But it turns out I was wrong and had actually switched the packages. Some days I wonder why I bother.

One thing I have learned since I started on ebay is that if there is a way to make a mistake, I will find it. Hang in there!
