I had a buyer order a custom made sign around the beginning of July. She just opened a case that she has not received it. I checked the tracking and it has been bouncing around Ohio for the last 2 weeks. She then messages me that she put the incorrect street name on her order...SHE PUT THE INCORRECT STREET NAME ON HER ORDER!!! I guess I was just supposed to turn on my ESP and know that! She wants me to resend it. :::SMH::: I told her that it was shipped to the address she has on file with Etsy, and told her to check with her Post Office to see if they can track it down. If it comes back to me, I'll let her know I can re-ship it for additional postage. Is there anything else I need to do?

No, just go ahead and do that. She's obligated to have the correct address on file. Make sure you keep the messages. That happened to me on an order to France but my buyer was good about it and repayed shipping.
