I changed my handling time on my business policies before I went on vacation and am doing it again now as I am taking my store off of vacation, and I have gotten errors on several items. It automatically created a duplicate shipping policy for some unknown reason that it "found" when I changed the handling time the first time. I didn't even notice the error message when it happened, but I had duplicate policies (copy, copy 1, copy 2 and copy 3 in one case) so when I tried to change the handling time back, it told me the copy policies were duplicates of another policy. I had to edit the listings that had been assigned to the copy policies and then delete the copy policies. Just a heads up if you see "copy" in the name of your business policy.

I didn't think Business Policies still existed. I thought they went away years ago. Right after they showed up.

Years ago people were complaining that the business policies were being created instead of simply revised- one person ended up with something like 45 business policies for one function. I was never offered them so never had a chance to fiddle with them.
