I did, too, until I read a thread on the eBay forums complaining about the rising cost lol. I checked and, oh yeah, the cost of the envelopes has gone up, probably because of the four-colour printing they've used again.

If the supplies come to less than your coupon value, can the coupon be used to cover the tax, or does the tax have to be paid separately?

Sure is. I ordered some bags earlier this month and notice that these no longer have the double sticky strips to allow for reuse.
As if returns needed to be encouraged!! Hmm, that just made me think, if a buyer opened a package with the reuse option strip still intact, could they potentially check out the item and if they wanted to return, just put it back in and reseal and write, "Return to Sender" on the label? Would it look like an unopened envelope to someone not familiar with these bags?
