My only two choices are accept the return or send a message. I am not going accept the return but what does send a message do? I thought I would see a choice to deny the return since I am no returns on this ID.

I *think* if you do not have the deny return option, it means the buyer used the 'something is wrong/SNAD' option to open the return process. But I could be wrong about that.

I'm 99.9% sure what Val said is truth. It's a SNAD (even tho it is not specifically stated as SNAD).
Why did they say they wanted to return it?

On the return request I had as a o returns seller, it told me I didnt have to accept the return and gave me a button to deny it. So I too am thinking this is somehow a SnaD.
