Found something I want to purchase but I'm not getting the option to pay from my paypal balance, only through the credit card or bank account on file with paypal. Is this a glitch or policy for some reason, does anyone know?
Since both of those accounts were recently compromised and closed, they aren't an option for me. I have a new checking account but I can't set it up in paypal yet because I can't get to it on-line to verify the transfer that they put through (assuming that's how it's still done). I can't access my bank on-line until I get my credit card in the mail and can call the bank to prove who I am them by giving them the info from the new credit card. It should be here in the next couple of days so hopefully the thing I want to purchase is still there, but just wondering why we can't pay from our paypal balance.
