I listed a pair of shoes and clicked on share, and then just picked a few names out of the list that came up. One of the posts shows "somanynicething styled this listing to _marketplace's Bundle". Little nervous that I did something wrong as I don't understand what that means. Does that seem right to you?
And where do I see my items other than in the feed?

What you did was share to specific individuals which starts a bundle for them. If you want to share to your followers, just click 'share to my followers'. New poshers apparently get some followers assigned to them to get them started.
ETA: You see your items only in the feed or in your own closet, as far as I know.

chapeaunoir what does it mean to start a bundle for someone?

People create bundles (two or more items from one closet) - some sellers offer discounts on bundles, some buyers make an offer on their bundle - it's just a bunch of stuff that ships all together generally for one money - Poshmark's shipping label is good for up to 5 lb and, I just learned, 108" aggregate package size, so it's cheaper to bundle.
You can create a bundle for someone else, say out of their likes if they've liked multiple things. Some sellers do that, I never have. I try to encourage bundles, though.
ETA: Exclusive sharing (to one person) automatically goes into a bundle, as far as I know.

Is there a way to undo a share, then, or will the people I shared it with just ignore it, do you know?
ETA, I hate being ignorant on things like this, in case you couldn't figure it out from all my questions!

Go to My Bundles, tap the Sell tab and you can remove the item from the bundle. It will remain as a bundle but will be empty. You could add a message if you want saying you’re new and didn’t realize you shared directly. Some people get curious why someone has tried to style them.

I've gotten a few odd things in bundles for myself and realized that that is probably what happened. I think I've accidentally styled other people, too.

One person wrote and said "thanks, but they weren't even her size". I tried to reply that it was a learning curve error but either I had already removed it from the bundle or she had, if that's possible. I got an error message that something went wrong, presumably because the item was no longer there. Bundles seem like the higher level class that is dependent on a few other classes first!

You can reply on her MTP, introduce yourself and just say that you'd accidentally put it into a bundle.

Sorry - an attack of laziness on my part! Meet the posher - most people have one.
