I sent something to a business via Priority Mail. This is what the tracking shows:
May 22, 2019 at 5:20 am Delivered, To Agent
Anyone know what that means, "Delivered, To Agent" ?

Google says...
What does delivered to Agent mean?
"Delivered to agent" means that someone has accepted the package in order to deliver it to its final destination.
Kritter says.....
Maybe to the guy in the mail room if big place or the receptionist in a smaller place.

Can also mean the manager of an apartment complex - that's how a niece received packages when she was in an apartment in Boston.

It's a bank, so the mail room employee makes sense. Except it was delivered at 5:20 a.m. I've never seen a business mail room open that early

They might have some kind of deal where it goes into a big container for the bank that is picked up by the bank or delivered by a special truck instead of the route mailman actually taking it in hand to the bank.

I should have sent it Fed Ex like I usually do, a real person signs and it's processed faster. Oh well, too late now.

Speaking of banks, I looked at my credit card statement today on line and I saw the credit for the payment that I sent them by mail plus a $300 credit from a credit union I have never of. Both were entered on my account on the same day. I called the credit card folks and they said they couldn't just remove a credit without knowing where it should go and they don't know why it is there and where it should be instead. So, unless an investigation shows where it should be instead of on my account, the $300 is mine. Surely the account where that credit should be will contact them, right?

Without the rainbows or the little people.
Somehow I know this will not end well unless I watch them like a hawk. I am paying my balance without the $300 credit next month just in case.

I dropped a Thredup bag off at my local post office, and the last USPS update shows "Delivered to agent" and "Your item was picked up by the shipping agent at 4:04 am on May 9, 2019 in BATAVIA, OH 45103". When I track it from Thredup, it goes to the Fed Ex site. I signed up for email notifications but couldn't request that they notify me when they have it so I'm interpreting that to mean they do have it, but it doesn't show any movement, and it's been two weeks now.

The credit card company can refund the payment back to the credit union.

Nope. I sent it straight Priority Mail. I don't use the FedEx/USPS or UPS/USPS mail options. They take twice as long and don't really save any $.

Well, apparently they are not open to that option. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
