Recently when my items to ship page changed, I noticed when I used priority mail for my "free shipping" (or parcel post which I mostly upgrade to priority as it's typically cheaper) the padded flat rate mailer option is no longer available. I'm wondering if it's gone, or if it's Firefox? I believe I saw it on a first class item, but of course then I'm using first class lol. I can find it on Paypal but it cost a few cents more and is a bit more of a hassle. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

I think you need to switch tabs. The tabs are not obvious, but one says "Custom size" and the other says "Carrier packaging". Switch to carrier packaging, and the click on "Compare all services". Yeah, that's a lot of steps, but unfortunately ebay programmers don't get the concept of keeping it simple for their users' benefit.
