So, I had a buyer open a return stating SNAD, I agreed and Ebay was charging me to send a label.
Then the buyer contacted me and said they didn't want to return, just a partial refund (It was a separated seam, and WAS my fault). So I sent a partial through PayPal, and she cancelled the return and chose the "opened in error" reason.
Do I still get a defect? Will Ebay refund the postage charge if the label is not used?
She's happy now, but the item was really defective, so if I still get a defect for it I won't fight it. I can't believe I missed it - you can even see it in the photos!
