We got our order today and included was a case of Hills Urinary Care Cat Food. This case cost more than my entire order combined. Should I contact them? I mean, I don't mind the extra food, but it's pretty expensive...
Has anyone had something like this happen and what did Chewy do? Thanks!

I'd contact them. I'd also not feed your cats the food unless they have urinary tract issues. It won't harm them, but they won't get the full nutrition that they need either.
Friend of mine was giving her male cat the urinary tract food thinking it would prevent issues. The cat was skin and bones with really dull fur. I petsit him 2 weeks while she was out of town and he ate Hootie's food. He gained some weight and his fur started looking a little better. Several here told me he shouldn't be eating the special diet food if he had no issues. I told my friend that when she got back, and she switched him to a normal dry cat food. He gained his weight back and his fur is gorgeous and glossy now.

They will tell you to donate it. Definitely check your invoice first.

Yeah, they aren't getting it. I ordered food for them, which is why I was surprised to see this in the box too. I didn't open it, still nice and brand new and wrapped tightly in plastic. It's not on my invoice and I wasn't charged for it, I'd definitely know since my entire order was $35.00 and these are almost $50 alone. I will contact them now.

I wouldn't contact them, why waste your time for their mistake? I'd just donate to the local HS. They won't take it back anyway, once it's been in someone else's hands.

I would call them. They speak English and usually you get right through. They should know if they have a process problem - especially shipping out Rx food w/out an Rx.
I just ordered $130 food from them - box was barely taped shut and looked like it had been soaked and then dried (arrived over-night so I don't think it got wet in transit) and all banged up. Food was fine, but geez learn how to pack.

Fashion is right. Chewy has great customer service or at least every time I have called, they have been great.

I called them. He said "Can you tell me which item was missing?" I said "None, like I already said we got this random case of prescription food that we didn't order." He said "Okay, I've noted your account. You're all set." awkward 5 seconds of silence I said "Set for what? Do you want this back, it's something that needs a prescription." He said "No, donate it."
...so, going to donate it.
