I guess I need to play around with it more. When I select 16 ounces it seems to default to 1 lb so the price is for priority shipping. It's probably something that I'm doing wrong. It might not be you, then - I had the PFR be sticky this past week after having it work the previous couple of weeks. I rarely have a 15-15.9 oz thing to ship, but I know the last time it worked but it was a while ago - who knows now.

I just had to print a shipping label, so tried the back to classic button which never works for me. I actually clicked it 4-5 different times, every time it took me to a front page of ebay. Finally on the last click it went to Classic. Waste of time if you have many labels to pint with the back/forth but wonder if once you get it to come up if the next label would automatically go there. I don't have anything radically against the new label page except that it's too light in font and the page is not concise - too spread out making scrolling necessary. After looking at that mess it seemed so nice to see the classic page, everything there in front of your eyes in a nice darker font.

So it's working after all.

I was able to print 3 labels on the classic page this morning. Got to it on the first try from the new page and hope my luck continues.

I HATE the new shipping label page!! Especially as I now have to scroll up to see everything.
Tonight I had seven labels to print. I started after 9:00 PM central, and because the ship date can't be seen without scrolling (and I didn't check - after all, it's late on Monday night), I have now discovered (too late!) that all the labels have TODAY's date instead of tomorrow's. Arrgh!! If you click the 'where is classic label printing", it takes you to a survey. Be sure to make these known, as I think they are still fixing glitches on the page. I did it last night just to note these things. I doubt they'll fix the scrolling, but they s/b able to easily fix the date issue, since the old screen worked correctly as far as the date.

I did. Frankly, I'm tempted to fill out a dissatisfied survey every time I print labels!!

They've tightened up the white space now.

Hey, guess what? I had also complained yesterday & tonight at 9:15 MT, it is showing a mailing date of tomorrow. Last night it wasn't, even at 10PM MT. So, they are fixing things!

I have a 15.9 to print & it's defaulting to Priority & I'm not sure how to get around it. 16 defaults to Priority, there's nowhere to enter .anything, so I tried 15oz, which works right, but then my pkg will be way underweight. I filled out the survey, but it will only let me do 1/day & I can't get back to Classic to print this label. I have no idea how to get around it, but it is wrong & doesn't work now, like blissfullymiserable said :-(

Are you using bulk shipping? If not, that may be a work around.

Are you using bulk shipping? If not, that may be a work around. I don't think so, how do I get to bulk shipping? I've never used it on Ebay I don't think. I used MOS on the old PP shipping, but that was years ago. Do you think it works on there? I wrote to Nate Heyward at Ebay, but I doubt it'll get fixed by Monday, even if he reads it before then.

On the My eBay All Selling page (I still use the old version) > On the very left side under Sell > all selling > look down the column and find 'Shipping Labels' that will send you to bulk shipping. Once there hit the purple lettering 'print up to 50 labels. I thought everyone used bulk shipping.

So, I guess I'll try it. Thank you so much, at least it's a workaround. I usually only have 1-2 pkgs/day, so I've done them one at a time. Plus less chance for error that way. But now that I tend to ship 4-5 pkgs/day, maybe this would speed things up.

You'd think they'd at least have some consistency.

zoesam Another nice feature about the bulk shipping is that after printing the labels, I click on print label and packing slips (I think that is what is says). Up pops each item and name that goes with it. I don't print it out, just leave the page open until I match up the labels with the items. I've stopped sending packing slips and this method helps me double check that I have the right item with each label. You can also print labels through Paypal, but I don't think you get a discount.

Yeah, I tried to go to PP to print it, but I could only find MOS & didn't want to use that, but I also don't think PP would have the 13-16oz First Class. That's what I was trying to check & I hadn't used MOS (multi order shipping) for so long, I didn't want to get in there & make a mistake. If I hadn't found a way around, I would have signed up for PirateShip, but this really isn't a good time for me to learn something new. I DO use packing slips, so I'll have to play with bulk shipping & see if I can get it to print packing slips.

FYI, it's fixed. I just typed in 16oz for a package & it defaulted to FC & the label printed 15.9oz, just like the old screen worked. Nice of the head of shipping, who I wrote to, to get to me, letting me know they fixed it - not.

I thought everyone used bulk shipping. Nope. I don't like it personally. I tried using it a couple of times way back, but didn't like it so haven't since then. The bulk invoices don't reflect tax for those states charging tax, though - that's annoying. If I want the invoices to reflect tax, I have to print them one-by-one.
