I hope the service continues as good - I get all of our supplies for Cassie's kidney failure at Foster & Smith, and they have excellent customer service.

Bummer, I love F&S. Can't say I'm surprised though.

Gah............I hate Petco. I go out of my way to hit PetSmart instead, especially since I just found out that they price match. Speaking of PetSmart did they part ways with Chewy recently?

Petsmart still owns Chewy. They just did a little reshuffling of assets.
PetSmart Inc. transferred over a third of Chewy.com Inc.’s equity to separate entities, putting the stake out of reach of certain bondholders who financed its purchase a year ago with $2 billion in debt.
The pet superstore sent 20 percent of Chewy’s shares in the form of a dividend to a holding company controlled by its private equity owner BC Partners, according to people with knowledge of the matter. It also moved 16.5 percent of Chewy to an unrestricted subsidiary of PetSmart, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the transfer is private.

The first sign we had with Drs Foster and Smith was they stopped selling our dog biscuits. We bought 80 pounds at a time (20 pound boxes). That thoroughly ticked me off because you can imagine how many dog biscuits we go through with 6 big dogs. I now have to go to Wegmans and buy 8 pound bags. We buy smaller biscuits. Just found boxes of the smaller biscuits at BJs Friday.
I just hope they keep selling their big dog beds.

I only heard about it from a CS agent. I wanted to return an order and asked if I could just return it to PS instead of shipping it back. She said they were no longer affiliated with PS

I have never returned anything to Chewy but maybe you can't take Chewy returns to PS because PS doesn't carry all the things that Chewy does so those items might not be in PS's inventory.
PS's inventory pricing and Chewy's inventory pricing are not the same either on items that both do carry.

That stinks. I won't go to Petco at all. When I had an aquarium, their fish were always sick. I get all my koi pond stuff from F & S.

Petco - where they charge $10 more a bag of food so you can get a free one after you buy 10 bags😂. I don’t know if they still have that deal though.
